Hi everyone, I hope all are enjoying family and friends! I promise to have a more detailed update on my Little Skippy Stove. Suffice it to say we have been very cozy and warm, and I have made many pots of soup on it.
I will show you my beautiful tin ceiling tile backsplash, made with these:
You know my love for stainless steel, this is an awesome alternative. I get coffee every morning and just star at my beautiful backsplash……I can’t wait to show you.
Gone also, is the humongous white elephant fridge……exchanged for one of these:
On another note, just ignore this if you have already seen it. I have a new method to push blog posts to my FB page, so I am re-blogging it for my first attempt.
Smiles :)

Dear Debra,
I love your home...I love the organization...I love your blog. I read quite a few posts back, at first curiousity and then with excitement watching it all come together. I wish I had seen a picture of your bedroom and bathroom...to cook for 70 people is amazing...I have a million questions especially since you have two complete set of dishes. I gripe I have 2,000 square feet and it is not enough...small kitchen.
I will be back often to see you.
HAPPY NEW YEAR DEBRA
When I had decided to move into my current apartment which came with no stove or fridge I went home and looked at what was in my current fridge. I realized that feeding just one person my fridge was pretty empty most of the time so I too went with the little dorm-sized fridge and couldn't be happier. It also helps to cut down on buying things that are too large to fit in it and helps me to stick to more whole foods.
Debbie, I just love what you have done to your Slabtown Customs tiny house. I also had my tiny house built by Slabtown after talking to you and so many other happy tiny home dwellers who live in tiny homes built by Scott. Your blog is wonderful and I look forward to each of your posts that showcase great tiny home ideas as well as décor. Your little Skippy is adorable and a useful addition to your home. Like you, I installed the same type of backsplash along my kitchen wall. A great product for sure.
been perusing your blog--I love it!! and it makes me breathe weird like I don't know IF I could do but I WANT to!!
BIG smiles back to you, dearie! Hope your Christmas was wonderful and may you have a blessed New Year!
